Danny, Alex and any and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

  I must say that Danny has a very good an valid point here.
If this organization is to ever be considered legitimate this
election better get firmed up, and quickly.

  ANY stakeholders, member or not should be able to be
nominated AND stand for election.

  BTW, the stakeholders I nominated are all List participants.
Some are not members however...
