Yes,

Here we have senators and others which assure geographic diversity.
But each state still needs to vote.
Outreach is the issue, really.
California and Texas did not have US Votes for many years until they organized
themselves.
Alaska, Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii had a long road to go down before
representation.
My beloved blood cultures of the Black Irish/Basque are still working on
representation.
You cannot just demand it you must earn it.  My home of Vietnam is still not
part of the WTO.
but we cannot just demand entrance.
Get your people together and fight for your rights.
rights just given are easily forgotten.
