Bruce and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

  I don't believe that it would be very democratic that any rep to
the ALOC should be "Appointed" to replace Sotiris.  Rather
such a person should be elected by the ICANNATLARGE.COM
members as the Panel is not in place to do that job...
