Just to be clearer: the panel has approved that we will hold a vote among
members to select the new name, but that the vote will only include those
names who correspond to domain names already registered by someone that has
formally declared to be available to donate them to the organization in case
they are selected.

As I think that all proposals that have been made deserve to be included in
the ballot, I urge all those who actually proposed or even registered names
for our organization to declare on this list that they wish them to be
included on the ballot. The deadline is Friday.
