Well no one needs to authorize any member to post a List poll such
as Judyth did here. If you don't want to keep it or read it, than
you can always just delete it.

How so? Now I am confused I guess??? If there are subject
lines or E-mail addresses you don't want to read or receive you can
always deploy a personal filter.

I think that list polls need no coordination. However I also agree
that some polls on certain and selective issues should be through
some sort of voting/polling software. But presently that has become
an issue itself. Hence the next best thing is a list poll or ballot for
the time being.
