I concur.  This vote is necessary.  We need an official name, and the
membership deserves to decide what it is.  Without it our outreach is
stalled.  Please send the ballot, Joop.

However, that said, Joop deserves to have his replacement selected and take
over the responsibility.  He's asked to be relieved.  we owe it to him to
honor his wishes.
