Re: [atlarge-discuss] Re: PROPOSED MOTION



    This is a request for a second from the Panel, yet it is posted to the
membership list.  If it is a Panel vote and the posting is for the purposes
of transparency, my response is a hearty endorsement of the proposal.

    In the event that there is a member who will claim that this proposal is
"outside of the Panel's mandate"  I wish to let it be known that with this
motion as a proposal for a membership poll:

    I wish to second Richard's motion.
