Eric and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  I think you got it here Eric!  As is pretty clear there is a coup
ongoing here.  Joop, Jefsey, Hans, and Marc are the
main culprits I believe...  Judyth may also be playing a minor
role of some kind also...
