Indeed.  A very succint and complete explanation of their modus operandi,
Jim!  But their system can be used agaist them by simply refusing to play
the game by their rules.

They expected us to be clamoring to get back in, and willing to sell our
independence to do so, or to give up and disappear when they made it clear
we were being discarded.  But we did neither.  Instead, we organized outside
of their dominion.

Every time they meet, we need to be sitting outside their door drawing
attention, holding very public meetings of our own to control the At Large
agenda.  Every time.  And as we grow larger it will be increasingly harder
for them to disregard the the noise outside their door!

Every challenge we overcome, every member we draw to our cause, and every
public attention we draw to our organization makes us stronger.  Sooner or
later that strength will be sufficient enough that it must be recognized and
accomodated.  All we need to do is keep the faith, keep our resolve strong,
work through our issues and challenges, learn from them, and move forward!

|  2. Who-you-know, not what-you-know is the power.
|  3. Delay and distraction are the legal weapons used off the net,

|  4. Time investment on the net is discounted by them by ignoring

|  5. Clueless non-participants (from Government and Law
|  Enforcement) are solicited to do their dirty work.

|  would expose them as frauds.
|  7. They solicit willing "thugs" who will enforce their false
|  superiority with suppression, threats, extortion, etc.
|  8. When measures of successs are needed, they return to
|  statistics and show that revenue dollars go to them, even though

|  not allowed to compete.
|  9. Self-promotion becomes the goal and populating Boards and
|  non-profit (shams) becomes common place.
|  10. Non-profit pockets are used for some money and for-profit
|  for the other money yet favors flow between the pockets.
|  11. Price-fixing is accomplished by passing the ball from player
|  to player, around the world, just out of reach of governments
|  that claim that such activity is not legal there.
|  12. The (clueless) traditional press, is fed shallow information
|  that makes for a quick story without a lot of work. The
|  journalist gets paid, the readers get fed, and everyone is happy
|  being non-informed.
|  13. Structures are created and people are assembled in the wings
|  and then are wheeled in to fill the positions when it
|  is clear it will be "a success" in their eyes. There is zero
|  risk for their top echelon. They buy stocks as insiders the same way,
|  and profit from being the only ones able to buy at special
|  prices and sell later (quietly) when no one is looking.
|  14. Security and stability become the "covers" for justification
|  that some need to know but not others. When the truth is
|  boiled down to simple things, then everyone knows. They do not
|  like that. Therefore, artificial complexity is added.
|  15. When in doubt, self-manufacture the need for reform. That
|  will distract the masses for months or years, while nothing
|  really changes in the face-to-face and on-the-phone deal-making.
