Please don't be fooled by the interest that Jeff Williams has taken in your case.  Jeff Williams cannot help you in any way and he has an infamous reputation as a "net Kook" or "zombi".  I would suggest you distance your self from any discussions with Jeff Williams as they will only hurt your case.  Jeff Williams is not who he says he is and the group he claims to represent [INEG] does not exist.  Please see the link below for more well documented proof.
