I apologize for the delay in sending this. My wife was sent by Firemen to 
Emergencies after an accident. She went in surgery yesterday. She is fine, 
but I am rushing now to the hospital.
Here was the situation at 00:00 GMT

Since I did not send a reminder yesterday I think no one will object I 
pospone the end of the seconding period to Saturday 00:00 GMT. I would 
thank noinated/seconded persons to accept their nomination for the records.

Vote will start On Saturday 00:00 until Monday 00:00 GMT

Concening the Alt.Chair election. I initially proposed to run both 
elections in sequence what I understdood Hans had supported. If he does not 
resign there is no reason to run an Alt.Chair election. Decision si 
therefore with Hans.
