I'm here, too, albeit with some email problems...such is life

Folks -

We live in an imperfect world - get over it - some of us are trying to move 
forward - yet others want us to only move forward AS IF no imperfections 
exist - enough already.

In our imperfect world, if we had money we would incorporate using a "shelf-
corp," with our mission statement and bylaws coming later. 

Since we have no money - let's get incorporated so we can get some donations - 
we can deal with the "formalities," later.

As to the "formalities:"

On Wed, 8 Jan 2003, it was written:

   ...No!

Not only is it reasonable (to expect a single organization to take on both 
tasks simultaneously), it is the ONLY road to take that guarantees success for 
us all!!!

Why do I say us all - ask ten of us a question and you'll get at least a dozen 
answers, as some of us will not be able to make up our minds - surely, being 
1000 strong, we can field the necessary players that support both positions 
and yet know how to work together - and not just continue to point out how 
their position is the only perfect position, with all others being oh, so, 
wrong...
