In order to service members that have in the past not ticked the box 
"receive announcements" and that therefore have not received a Polling 
Notice, the icannatlarge.com website now provides a separate registration.

This is intended to be a supplementary service.
For new members who want to be sure to have their input in organizational 
policy it is best to be registered on both sites.
