Jefsey and all former DNSO GA members or other interested parties,

  I agree that the ITU should play a role in as much as any other
internet organization in the governance issues that are facing
the stakeholder/usre community of the Internet, and ecommerce.

Yet, as has been shown now with exchanges on this forum
with Richard, the ITU is mostly funded by governments, and has
no individual membership.  Hence the extent to which the
ITU can effectively and legitimately speak for or represent
stakeholders/users is quite limited.
