Perhaps you can explain why you will not permit the members to see a list 
that shows:

1.  the candidate and the name of the nominator
2.  the name of the individual that seconded the nomination

Perhaps you can explain why you are not posting the email addresses of the 
candidates.

Perhaps you can explain why you are not allowing a period of time to pose 
questions to the candidates prior to the commencement of the voting cycle.

Perhaps you can explain why your communications with your fellow Panelists 
are in secret and not recorded in the Panel archives.

Perhaps you can explain why election details are not posted at the official 
organizational website -- icannatlarge.org -- and instead are posted at 
execlub.org

Perhaps you can explain why you are not responding to reasonable requests 
from the membership.
