Sotiris and all fellow members,

  It seems that there is a double counting of some "Jefsey-votes"
and not counting other "Jefsey-votes" at all.  Hummmmm?
Well at any rate, I have setup a spoof tracker on this for the
time being so we shall see how this ends up. Looks pretty
messy so far.
