Yep,

Well, any association with the ICANN name is obnoxious to any organisation
which seeks a reputation for honesty, openness and integrity...

It beggars belief that we are still hooked up with this abysmal domain name
as the Title of our organisation, when we represent a constituency that
reaches far beyond some American quango, invented by DoC, that tries to get
a stranglehold on the world's internet, while smothering the alternate
roots.

If I had my way, we'd jettison the word ICANN into a cesspit, and identify
instead with Internet Users (who have been disenfranchised by ICANN).

But there you go... we decided on this name... and I believe in democracy
