  Not so. I have an Edward Jones Credit card.  Edward Jones is not a bank.

  Also not so.  I have never presented any of the above identification for
any credit card I now posses.  However at one time one had to have
at least two forms of identification one of which had to have you picture
on it to obtain a credit card.  But that was quite a number of years ago.
Many pre-approved credit cards can be obtained on the Internet.   In any
event having a credit card in your name is by no means a positive means
of identification.  Neither is having a Drivers License, or a Passport.  These
documents are often forged very successfully.  So your information here
is both out of date Michael and inconsistent with the actual facts as far
as positive identification is concerned.
