Hello Everyone:

I agree with Hugh Blair.  PayPal may not be the best, nor only way, to verify real people to this organization.  But, at least it is a start.  We have to start somewhere.  We have to start somewhere to filter non-entities like Jeff Williams.  Jeff Williams needs to put up or shut up.

You are entitled to your opinion. Other folks can have their
own. And just to make it clear, I never have or would say that
using PayPal is a good way to verify anyone's identity. But 
the FUD that JW posts is just too much and needs to be made
clear now and then.
