Abel, Vittorio and all fellow members,

  Abel is spot on here.  The "ALSC" findings were not in line
with the final Report that Esther and Denise gave to the
BoD, whom BTW never actively participated in the
online email forum to any degree.  Yet two ad-hoc
votes were taken and are on record that the stpakeholders/users
demanded or required that they elect at least 51% of the ICANN
BoD and have a vote on any and all policies that such a BoD
decide upon before enactment or implementation...

  Shortly there after the ALSC was "Shut Down" as was the
ICANNATLARGE...
