Mico ist ein Werkzeug.  Wenn Du dieses Werkzeug verwendest, um einen
Mozilla-Clone (oder was auch immer) zu entwickeln, darfst Du das ohne
jegliche Einschraenkungen bezueglich der Lizenz Deiner Software.

Wenn Du auf Basis von Mico (also unter Verwendung dessen *Source*,
letztlich) ein neues Werkzeug baust, "Mico++", was noch lauter tolle neue
Features hat, muss es L(GPL) sein.  *Derived*.
