[ICANN-EU] Re: ICANN Revokes Domain Names - "Rough Consensus"?



Jim and all,

  Yes indeed this was quite controversial at the time.  And has yet
to have been dealt with or otherwise corrected to date.  It is also
very much contrary to this very ICANN boards statements that
such decisions should meet at least a "Rough Consensus".  I don't
believe that this one did and still does not.
