Barbara and all,

  I suppose that our members choose to look at things in a more positive
manner.  If, for instance ICANN were to be replaced, we believe that
with the history so far laid down, that the replacement would be better
by far than what ICANN has become or is becoming.  WIPO would
not be one or our first choices to say the least.
