It was decided in Cairo that the five interim
At Large Director's terms (those who will be replaced
by the elected At Large Directors) end at the
*conclusion* of the annual meeting in 2000. That
means that Andy et al. will become Directors when
the Marina del Rey meeting is over. (Then the next
"ICANN year" begins.)
