Joop and all stakeholders or interested parties,

  Well Joop this looks pretty bad.  Why would you offer something
for voting that you knew was not currently working or available?

  And Joop, there are those that have pointed out that there IS
a need to register voters for the At-Large as there are some already
known security concerns as well as hacking vulnerability that was
mentioned yesterday....
