Jamie and all stakeholders or interested parties,

  I is a wise thing that you do here Jamie.  It has been obvious
for some time that the Panel was not interested in holding
elections before Bucharest, if ever.  I congratulate you for
your efforts along these lines.  Your efforts were encouraging
and helpful.  I am sorry to see that the prediction I had
stated months ago regarding ICANNATLARGE.COM
holding actual elections for representatives as being the
correct one.
