[atlarge-discuss] Progress & not Perfection

Face to face meetings have proven useful when combined with recordation
via email.

This was a good step forward and we should all take a breath and
realize it.

Somehow along the way we have been a little side-tracked by thinking
that we must be an ICANN group.  If you look back we set this up so it
could be independent as well.  What ICANN BoD does effects us but does
not control us.

Jefsey's words notwithstanding, we will do a very good thing in bringing
an international voting mechanism to the internet.  It will help.

Even though some of us are critical I think we all realize that this is
a growing endeavour and Mr. Love's return after such bitter arguments
show a great willing desire to stem divides of continents and digitally.

Everyone take some time and pat yourselves on the back.

With this good progress I would ask that someone be appointed to figure
out how to accept money or in kind contributions.  Elizabeth's
contributions should at least be a tax benefit.
