Vittorio and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

  The sequence seems fine.  I would like to hear Jamies input
first though.  The problem I have as a member is that IF this
is the sequence the dating is much too far out.  Voting
in this election should be completed no later than July
19th instead of July 29...
