I forward this to our representative in Mexico and will ask by this email to have him assist
in any way he sees fit to increase our Spanish speaking grouping.  We here in So Cal boast
the second largest concentration of Mexicans apart from Mexico.  While the big corporations
and countries extend such matters as NAFTA even further we must extend our outreach to bring
awareness and representativeness of our people.
