I think that 5 out of 11 obviously won't do, but I think it's just an
oversight, because we originally planned a smaller executive. In my opinion,
the forum needs to be over half the entire executive.

With regard to the 2 day voting timescale, I don't have strong views,
because usually a majority is worked out in the first 24 hours or so.
However, if a majority opposes a motion beyond that 2 day limit, it clearly
MUST have the right to rescind a previous decision.

Democracy rules!
