I completely agree with this proposal Joanna. However I would amend your 3
sentence rule (which could be abused by the use of 5 million "ands", to a 75
word maximum limit.

You are absolutely right that the majority of our members do not access
either the forum or these mailing lists. It is very poor democracy if people
vote without information about the candidates. Indeed it is not really
acceptable.

Therefore I formally call on the Panel to pass a motion to this effect:

At the foot of the ballot sheet there should be a space for all candidates
to submit a 75 word max. statement. These statements should be ordered
alphabetically, according to the names of the candidates.

Vittorio I formally request that this is put to a vote today.
