Alan and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

  Alan, thank you for this very gracious and well worded declination
for standing for election to the next panel.  I for one am however
saddened that you will not stand, as I believe that you would make
an excellent panel member.

  All the best in your future challenges Alen.  May they be
sufficiently rigorous and fruitful in there rewards.
