I am afraid that I cannot read what you are responding to
here VIttorio as you seem to wish to improperly IMHO
characterize it. NO ONE is, including the above statement
is making any even seemingly such a claim.

Again Vittorio, NO ONE is or has said any such a thing!
Your slurring the above statement to which you are responding to
here is a gross mischaracterization at best.

It is not exactly what democracy is about, but it is simply
ONE part of what Democracy is about. However the speed
in which decisions are needed or made regarding the internet
must be made as close to Internet speed as possible for many
obvious reasons... None the less some deliberation is
both good and wise as not to make TOO hasty of a decision
that may be damaging to stability or directly to stakeholders/users.

Again no one is suggesting such a thing as you are stating here
Vittorio. So please cease the slurring that is both unproductive,
and inaccurate...
