This is especially the problem with mailing lists.
The responsibility of leaving our "western" in-your-face attitudes and 
"flamesuits" at the door rests with all of us.
I am glad that Izumi is voicing the issue.
We cannot be truly global unless everybody feel comfortable to speak up.
