If the person currently holding the highest office this organization has to
offer cannot bring themselves to LOBBY for our organization to this
Committee and OBJECT LOUDLY that our organization has no representative on
this Committee, then they shouldn't be in the job. Vittorio, you haven't
done that, why not?

A conflict of interest means we cannot define who is representing whom and
how, so it has to be a choice. You made that choice already and your actions
speak for themselves.

Notwithstanding that you were elected Chair of this organization, you chose
to sit on a related Committee as a representative of another organization.
This tells me that:-

1) ICANNAtLarge.com is not a priority for you. The other organization is a
more important.

2) Accountability is not a principle you hold in very high esteem. If
accountability were your priority, you would not have got yourself into a
position as an officer of this organization holding the top job, whereby you
cannot be held accountable by the membership for anything that you do or say
on this related committee.

3) You are comfortable working under ICANN's criteria for indirect
representation of At Large interests on top-down, Staff appointed Task
Forces.
