  Well it isn't really funny, but truly tragic.  However did you or anyone
else expect anything else?  I know I didn't...Tha ALAC is a bad
joke on the stakeholders/users made to appear to be democratic,
open and transparent.  Yet these important representation details
are purposefully or otherwise omitted or ignored.

  What seems to be the plain fact of the ERC is that it is a rigged
game that perpetrates falsehoods upon the stakeholders/users.
