Yes, at $10 US this should be low enough for just about anyone...

Indeed. Coming up with the funds seems to be organizations such
as ICANNATLARGE.COM's single biggest problem. However
I don't understand or comprehend as to why that is so. INEGroup
didn't an still does not have or had such a problem.

Not a bad idea here either.. Originally Jefsey had pledged to incorporate
ICANNATLARGE.COM in France. Whatever happened to that?

Good point here too! As of recently the Euro is now on parity with the
US $ as well, so France, as Jefsey pledged to do incorporate
ICANNATLARGE.COM is also from a financial standpoint a
very viable country of incorporation as well. But I would prefer
Canada, the US, or the UK myself.
