If I remember correctly, Jefsey had offered at one point to run that for us
under French law.  That was months ago, and I don't know if he's still
offering it.  But if so, this would simplify things nicely.   If not, I can
imagine that there are possibly lawyers in our midst willing to donate time
and expertise.
