Agreed if and only if the panel is elected in a fair and legitimate election.
Thus far the current election is not shaping up that way, and if
the elected panel members follow the will, desire, and stated
direction of the members.

Good point! But don't you think that we should at least give them
the tools (Meaning initial funding) to do this job? Also don't you think
that any willing member should also not do the same on a volunteer
basis and with their own funds if they so choose?

I agree here as well. However we should not turn a blind eye to
what has already been offered in "Pledges" as well...

Also agreed here as well. In fact, as we have already a volunteer to
do this, we should take him up on that offer ASAP.

Yes this may also be very important. I personally know several
very good legal eagles that are willing to take care of the initial
filings and provide some free legal advice as well. Several are
quite well known.
