    Thank you for taking the initiative here.  What is the possibility of a
matrix or a graph of some kind beside each name on your country list.  The
report would be dynamic (ASP?) and would carry three or four statistics for
each country.
They would be:

    1) Population
    2) Estimated percentage (or number) of population with Internet access
    3) Percentage of either 1) or 2) that are members of our organization
        and possibly
    4) Percentage increase in membership in the previous 3 months (1 month?)

    The purpose is to encourage competition in outreach efforts.  The last
metric would enable smaller countries to compete with larger ones.  I thank
you for providing a separate list of members from the USVI, but since Peter
deBlanc died last month, we have suffered a 50% loss in membership.  I plan
to rectify that.
    I also note that one new member from Vietnam would be a 100% increase in
membership from that country.  It would take hundreds to gain the same
increase from the USA, but it would still only mean that each member bring
in one "new" member, so it is an even playing field.

HelpI've set up a structure at www.theInternetChallenge.com for monitoring
the growth of our movement, country by country, and region by region, as
well as hopefully putting up drafts of outreach publications for use or
amendment. It should be possible to watch the exciting growth of the
organisation month by month.

This is a support facility for Icann@Large and is not intended to conflict
with our own I@L website.

Just click on "growth of Icann@Large" > then click on the Globe > and you
can explore the membership of any country or region.

I hope that local, national and regional initiatives can be recorded on
various pages as they unfold, and there will also need to be additional
pages to monitor non-geographical constituencies and outreach interfaces.
