I would also include the Election Stats found here: [
http://members.icann.org/pubstats.html ] from the first 'At-Large'
election, as the consanguinity of Icann'atlarge' makes them Isu
Sanguinis (of the Blood) of this Tribe.

In other words, the members of the first election are members of the
latest election, we are all the same family.

I like this idea Danny. I would like to see the Panel sign their
statement with their country of origin beside their names and maybe an
attached list of "voting countries" in the last election. Something
like:

Panel Chair (country)
MP 1 (country)
MP 2 (country)

Voter participation by country in electing the above:
Country 1  XX%
Country 2  XX%
Country 3  XX%
