This morning I sent a proposal for webmaster Rules to ,

This means that such communication with you will  remain unarchived

one of you reposts to the archived list) or that it must all take

the atlarge-discuss list or in the Forum.

Having rules first  before engaging a new webmaster is essential.

Please also give a thought  how you are going to attract a new
