Intolerable, isn't it. :)
If it were true. But in reality it is the webhost (Bret) who has ultimate 
control. He can lock the webmaster out today and give new passwords to 
whomever he pleases.

True.
Equally, the elected Panel is reliant on Joanna Lane to perform her 
Chairing role , process the Panel members' motions and not  go into 
Achilles-mode.

If we want to succeed with this venture we have to learn to be reliant on 
each other.  Responsibilities should be distributed. (and not from the 
top-down, if possible)

Mostly such trust should  lead us to success.
