RE: [atlarge-discuss] icannatlarge.com

It is not my decision, it is not even the Watchdogs decision unless the
Panel vest that authority in them, which I don't believe they have as yet.

That is the easy option, but if possible, I would like to continue acting in
the best interests of the membership as a whole, not just my personal
interests.

I don't know about you, but I am not a lawyer and when I come across a legal
issue, as I do frequently, then I put aside personal feelings, moral and
political arguments and I go to the best source I can find for legal advice.
Invariably they are right, so I have learnt to listen and act upon their
advice, whether I like it or not, which often I do not, and this is no
exception.

You have said "If it proves to be a legally inappropriate move then we will
deal with the situation as it develops". Does that include paying the
personal legal defense expenses of any member who is sued? I thought not.

Believe me, this is giving me no pleasure.

Joanna
