  There is absolutely NO need to ask ICANN to use anything in the
DN ICANNATLARGE.ORG.  NONE!

  I formally suggest that the members vote on this as the members
voted to use ICANNATLARGE.ORG in a democratic voting process.
I would of course vote in the negative.  The Panel is also not mandated
for such an independent action as well...
