oh well. I agree with this automated response.  I suppose there may be
another way to draft by laws.

I am sorry this is so long.
These are generic by laws that meet international standards.
any reference to individuals or corps that I did not catch is ok in that

it is
public record. Hi-Tek has new by laws.
Just modify in relation to the non profit data I sent this morning - or
maybe
not.
Articles and by laws can be modified but we need a starting point.
Now what excuse is there?
