  We have plenty of members.  We need to motivate them to more
actively participate and take the lead on some issue related committees,
Working groups, and god forbid, Task Forces...

  This may be one goal as Ron suggested.  But it is only one.  We
also still must and should consider if as a body we wish to remain
independent also...

You mission statement seems to be motivated toward ICANN only or
ICANN predominantly.  I am not sure that this is where the members
wish to go or be lead to go.  But as I have known for many years
and stated on this and other forums, real leaders are really followers
of their constituents or in our case, members...
