Jefsey is no longer the Registrant. The name's dropped and Marc Schneiders
has snapped it up.

I  ***TOLD***  you this was not a nameserver issue

The name we voted on was due for renewal at the start of this year, it was
outside our control, now it's been snapped up by someone else.

I urgently and insistently demand and request that the name vote is now
declared ***INVALID*** because we voted on a name which we could not access
and which we no longer own.

I ***PROPOSE*** we now ***POLITELY*** approach Marc Schneiders and ask him
whether he is willing to transfer either www.icannatlarge.org or
www.atlarge.org to the organisation.

I ***PROPOSE*** that if Marc does not wish to transfer either of these
names, then we hold a new ballot.

Marc kindly intimated previously that he would be willing to allow our
organisation use of the www.atlarge.org name

What is his position now?

I hope, now, that people will not doubt my concerns on this matter. There
may be a possible resolution, but at present this situation has descended
into a shambles.
