Let review that. What I want to achieve is simple.

1. to have as soon as possible an ad hoc legal structure maned by the Panel 
Members holding the icannatlarge and atlarge domain names. This could have 
been incorporated today and the names transfered to that structure tonight. 
I footed the bill.

2. to have the WG-Web including everyone interested to organize the website 
properly.and a menu to access Panelist pages, se each panlist may report to 
the Membership.

3. to have a WG-Members to take car of the Membership management on that site

4. to have the WG-DNS welcoming everyone competent about DNS or interested 
in organizing our own community network system to support our internal 
relations and our outreach

    - to organize our DNS files and donated servers
      with the following missions :

    - to have
       -  icannatlarge.org/com,
       -  icann-at-large.com/net/org
       -  icann.atlarge.org
       accessing the organization site

    - to act a registry for national and specialized
      atlarge sites, establishing
      - us.atlarge.org, fr.atlarge.org etc...
      - bylaws.atlarge.org etc..

    - to organize and support the
      -  http://xxx.atlarge.org sites,
      -  the ftp:atlarge.org accesses
      - and the local/spcialized mailing lists
      I said I would donate for a very long to permit
      outreach to promote their management by
      our local/interested members or that
      others will certainly set-up by themselves.

    - to participate to the http://dot-root.com effort as the ULD 
".atlarge" bringing to the Internet a true practical and significant 
assistance.

I note that we are here talking about real professional activities, with 
real machines and serious costs and serious real political implications.
