gentlemen you should review the new constitution of Vietnam, which has
beautifully addressed this very point.
Rule of men versus rule of law.  Of course we all choose the high ground
on
rule of law.
ICANN with its' constant and unabridged flipping of rules has clearly
chosen
the low ground.
